This timely book is turning out to be quite an adventurous read.
In one short sitting yesterday we read about some of the apostles being arrested,
and then about Ananias and his wife dropping dead.
Whew... riveting stuff.

That may sound flippant, but it is not meant to be.
The life of the early church is faith, drama, heroism, and adventure all rolled into one.
