St. Patrick "Breastplate" Prayer.
Mark in 2008 with his St. Patrick's Breastplate!
Christ with me, Christ within me,
Christ behind me, Christ before me,
Christ beside me, Christ to win me,
Christ to comfort and restore me,
Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ in quiet, Christ in danger,
Christ in the hearts of all that love me,
Christ in the mouth of friend and stranger.
See the whole prayer here.
Slightly different words.
Credit for this craft to goes to one of the many wonderful homeschooling moms that I know. When I find out which one (or remember), I will give credit where it is due!

Laurie, Look at that happy bright smile!! He's a warrior for Christ, for sure! I love this idea. thanks for sharing.
Love that prayer, Laurie. Something about it is so deep. I was thinking of having the kids print the prayer on a shamrock but I think I'll do this instead. Thanks! Have a lovely feast day of celebrating this weekend. My 2nd son is turning 13 on St. Patrick's Day:) Guess what his middle name is???
That Mark, what a cutie!
Thanks for sharing this idea. I think my Stan would really enjoy it especially that he is gearing up for his next Blue Knights meeting on Sunday, the day after.
